This policy explains how FireTech Solutions AS ("we") processes personal data when you visit firetechsolutions.no or contact us.

What we collect

When you submit a contact or quote form, we process the information you provide: name, email, phone, company, building address and a description of your enquiry.

Purpose and legal basis

The information is used only to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotes and, where relevant, enter into and follow up an agreement (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).

Retention

Enquiries that do not lead to an agreement are deleted no later than 12 months after the last contact. Customer data is kept as long as necessary and in line with Norwegian bookkeeping law.

Processors

The website is hosted by an external provider, which also receives form submissions on our behalf. We have data processing agreements with our suppliers. Your information is not shared with anyone else and is never sold.

Cookies

This website does not use cookies for tracking or marketing, and we do not use analytics tools that track you.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and to withdraw consent. Contact us at post@firetechsolutions.no. You may also complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority, Datatilsynet.
