Annual inspection and service agreement
One supplier for all fire safety in the building. We inspect fire alarm, emergency lighting and alarm transmission in the same round, and you get one report and one deviation list.
One agreement instead of three companies
Many building owners have one company for the fire alarm, another for the emergency lighting and a third for alarm transmission. That means more visits, more reports and nobody with the full picture. With a service agreement with us, you get one contact person, one plan and one overview of everything that needs fixing.
The agreement is tailored to the building. You choose which systems to include and how often they are inspected, and receive a quote with a fixed price per inspection.
- A fixed plan for annual inspections, scheduled automatically year after year
- One report per system, with the same layout and the same deviation list
- Deviations with their own ID, photo, severity and reference
- Quotes for repairs and follow-up until deviations are closed
- Up-to-date O&M documentation, drawings and luminaire list
- FirePortal access for the board, property manager or facility manager

Survey and quote
We look at the building, the systems and the documentation, and prepare a service agreement quote with systems, frequency and price.
Annual inspection
Inspections are scheduled to suit the building, often several systems on the same day.
Report and deviations
The reports are in FirePortal as soon as the inspection is complete.
Repairs and next year
We carry out the repairs you order, and the next annual inspection is scheduled automatically.
For buildings with several systems
Housing associations
The board gets one contact, one annual plan and one report to present, however many stairwells there are.
Commercial buildings and property managers
Several buildings and systems in one agreement, with a combined overview of open deviations across the portfolio.
Schools and municipal buildings
Orderly documentation for inspections and one place to see the status of fire safety.
Local in Bergen and Western Norway
We are based in Os and take on work in Bergen, Bjørnafjorden, Askøy, Øygarden, Alver and the rest of Vestland. Short distances make it easier to combine systems on the same day and to come back quickly when something needs fixing.
FirePortal is our own system for inspection and documentation. Our inspectors use it on their phones in the building, and you log in online with a link sent by email to see reports and deviations.
FirePortalCommon questions about service agreements
Do we need to have all systems with you?
No. You can start with one system, for example the fire alarm, and add emergency lighting and alarm transmission later. The benefit comes when everything is in one place.
What is the difference between an annual inspection and service?
The annual inspection shows whether the systems and the building are in order, and gives you a list of deviations. Service is the work of fixing the deviations and maintaining the systems. With a service agreement you get both from the same place.
Can you take over from another supplier?
Yes. The first annual inspection gives an up-to-date picture of the systems and documentation, and we take it from there.
What does a service agreement cost?
It depends on the building, the systems and how often they are inspected. You receive a quote with a fixed price per inspection before anything is agreed.
Want all your fire safety with one supplier?
Tell us which buildings and systems you have, and we will prepare a service agreement quote.
