Bergen and Vestland County Technical drawings
Accurate drawings are the foundation of a reliable system and a smooth inspection process. We produce fire safety drawings, evacuation plans, system drawings and as-built documentation, up to date and in the correct format.
Drawings that match the building
When a building changes, the drawings quickly go out of date. That makes it hard to find detectors, luminaires and fire compartments during inspection, and gives the fire service the wrong picture during audits or call-outs.
We draw from scratch or update what you have, based on the fire strategy and what is actually installed. If we also inspect the systems, we keep the drawings updated when something changes.
- Fire safety drawings with compartments, escape routes and equipment
- Evacuation plans for display
- System and wiring drawings for fire alarms and emergency lighting
- As-built drawings after changes
- Delivery as PDF and DWG
- Printed drawings for the panel and notice boards
From source material to finished drawings
Source material
We collect floor plans, the fire strategy and existing documentation.
Site visit
We check what is installed and note deviations from the drawings.
Drawing
The drawings are produced or updated, and you get them for review.
Delivery
You receive finished drawings digitally and in print, and we update them after later changes.
Why drawings must be up to date
The building owner must have up-to-date documentation of fire safety. Drawings are an important part of it, for daily operation, for inspections and for the fire service.
- Fire Prevention Regulations § 4 – the owner must have documentation of fire safety
- The fire strategy – the drawings show what it specifies
- Evacuation plans showing the way out from where you stand
- As-built – drawings are updated when the building changes
Common questions about technical drawings
We only have old paper drawings. Can you use them?
Yes. We use what exists as a starting point, check it on site and redraw it digitally.
Which formats do you deliver?
Normally PDF for operation and display, and DWG when the drawings will be used for further design.
Do you make evacuation plans for display?
Yes. We make evacuation plans adapted to each floor and to where they will hang.
Need new or updated drawings?
Tell us about the building and what you need, and we will send you a quote.
